Please let us know the operating system of the device in which you're experiencing this issue, Francesco.
Certain streaming services has taken counter measures to block its users from accessing its content through Secure VPN servers. While we do continue to add new servers and ip addresses, they are quite fast to identify the same. This might be the cause.
However, you can try connecting to streaming servers (location) available in Secure VPN to check if it helps.
