On which device are you experiencing this issue?
I see that you have an active subscription for AVG Secure VPN (Multi-device). Do you have it installed and activated on your device? 

If you have, turn off the VPN connection and check if that resolves the issue. If it does, let us know if VPN connection was turned on or off when the streaming was working fine.

This morning I was able to watch American shows on Netflix.
In the afternoon a host of other shows, including the ones I was watching no longer appear. How do I did this?

I have a Windows 7 profesional laptop and iphone 6, these are the devices I use to watch Netflix.  My VPN is on and has alwayes been set to USA, Jacsonville.

Windows 7 professional and iPhone 6 is were I watch Netflix. Both devices have vpn installed and location has always been set to USA, Jacksonville. Vpn is on (green).
