We dont get our licence

Please be informed that there is no specific AVG support phone number for Dutch customers.
We are able to locate your purchase record and see that there are two orders initiated through "Wire Transfer" method on 26th November 2017.
One of the order shows AVG Internet Security - Unlimited - 12 Months, AVG TuneUp - Unlimited - 12 Months, AVG Secure VPN - 1 Users, 12 Months and AVG Password Protection - Unlimited - 12 Months.
The other order shows the same products initiated. Please be informed that wire transfer will usually take 10 business days to get processed.
Once we receive the amount, order confirmation email will be sent and it will have instruction on how to install and activate your products.
May I know the reason for initiating two orders for same products?

We paid our bill but we dont get our licence.
