Hi.  We are complete novices.  We have got the free version of AVG and responding to a prompt we had a free trial of AVG Tune Up.   So then again responding to the prompt,  we  recently purchased enhanced AVG Tune Up.  Got a receipt etc.  But we don't know how to activate it  -  don't know whether it is activated automatically -  it keeps showing  only 27% complete.    We've e mailed AVG - they just send us an automated response.  We need to talk to a human !   .   If we don't hear from AVG in the next couple of days we are going to ask for a refund.
