My bank card expired in January 2022 and a new card was issued with different numbers etc. As my renewal was due to AVG on 25th April 2022 they sent me an email at the end of March to confirm that my card had expired and I clicked the appropriate button and updated my card details on AVG system. I expected that they would automatically collect the payment but the system now has a message as in the header above saying theyve been unable to charge me due to card expired. Ive been in again this morning and updated it once again and I had to verify payment of £0.00 through my banks app and that was successful. Will AVG automatically keep trying to collect or do I have to notify someone regarding my subscription?
