Foe over a month AVG has only provided "partial protection" to my web and email, and there is an "error" in the AVG firewall. AVG has done nothing so far as I can tell to fix these problems in spite of my several calls. I finally learned that my case had been transferred to AVG's :senior team," but had been given a "low priority," but it has now been moved up to a "high priority." I asked to talk with the "senior team" but was told that is not possible. Has anyone had a similar problem with AVG protection and difficulty getting effective help from AVG?
