Web browser doesn't work when VPN is activated

Did you turn OFF AVG Secure VPN and verify the status with the browsers? Is this issue occur only with the specific browsers or with all?
Please keep us updated on the progress.

Hi,
When I activate the AVG VPN the browsers Chrome and Explorer doesn't work . It's with Windows 7.
Anyone that know what to do?

We request you to change the location in AVG Secure browser and try accessing websites in both the browsers.
If you get any error while accessing the sites, provide its screenshot here.

Hi,
Yes I turned the AVG VPN off and when it's done all browsers works fine. I've only tested AVG VPN together with Chrome and Explorer and both of these browsers don't work with AVG VPN. My guess is that I will get the same problem with any other web browser.
