To check this further, I have sent an email with the steps to connect to our remote experts.

Please check the email and follow the instructions to start the remote session.

Since installing AVG on both my MacBook Pro and my PC both Safari and Internet Explorer will not connect to certain websites.  One is my bank and another my broker. Disaster!!!  I've cleared History to remove troublesome cookies but no effect. Shut down and restart has no effect either.  Has anyone experienced and managed to fix this problem?  Thanks
