Web Browsing protection showing red "Not Active" but it is enabled. What is wrong?

Richard, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with diagnostic output using this tool (http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe).

Been like this for more than two weeks, nothing l do fixes it.

I note that several people have posted the same problem but l see no advice from AVG. Probably not the best PR.
