I am having some big slowdown issues downloading from port 563. I have tried to add that port to the firewall (and even turned off firewall) and still have the slow down. I also added an exception to the download folder its going to with the same slowdown issue. The only way to no get it is to disable avg. Any idea what could be doing the and how to stop it without disabling AVG.
