"Web & Email Protection" module now blocks all my Browsers

I'm sorry to know that you're facing this issue.
As I understand from your post, you're not able to browse/search using your browser when the AVG "Web & Email" is turned on.
In order to investigate & proceed further, please let us know the below information.
Please let us know the operating system of your computer? i.e, Windows 10, Mac OS.,
Could you please provide me the screen shot of the error message?
May I know since when you're facing this issue?
Are you using AVG AntiVirus FREE or AVG Internet Security in your PC?
Please confirm whether you're not able to access the specific website in all your browsers or the entire browsing was blocked?
Also I request you to update your AVG Internet Security/AVG AntiVirus FREE and Virus definition to the latest version.

Starting a couple of days ago; I was no longer able to use my browsers (Fire Fox, Brave, Edge, & Torch).  At first, I thought it was my ISP, but I ruled that out several ways. then Wifi, and on to Fire Fox, my primary browser. In  the process, I discovered that my email client was able to pull my mail. So, I first disabled all my extensions, and finally trial and error with AVG.

When I disable AVG's "Web & Email Protection" module, all my browsers started working again.

What gives?
