When my automatic scan runs I cannot open any web pages as as they won't connect and my wifi is connected. Pages just won't display

Yes there is no problems aftrer scan is completed
regular scheduled scan 4 times a week
version 18.7.3069 build 18.7.4041.389
this just started in the last 2 weeks or so and I thought it was my DNS settings but changing my settings doesn't make a difference.
