When my automatic scan runs I cannot open any web pages as as they won't connect and my wifi is connected. Pages just won't display

Are you experiencing this issue on all browsers or only on a particular browser?
Can you able to access websites once the scan is completed?
Also let us know the type of scan that you are performing on your end. (Ex: Deep Scan, Boot-Time Scan etc.,)
Please provide us the version of AVG Internet Security program that currently works on your PC.
AVG Internet Security > Menu > About - to check the program version.

Yes no problems after scan is completed
Regular computer scan at scheduled times 4 times a week
