Hello Bruc,
We will help you sort it out. Could you let me know the version of AVG Protection installed on your computer, to check this open AVG Protection > Menu/option > about.
I also request you to share a screenshot of the AVG Protection user interface to proceed further.
You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Regards,
Alok.

As the title states web shield and email protect will not turn on, OS Windows Vista.
Also fake website will not turn on.
Thanks

Hello,
I tried all those avenues before I contacted support, Nothing thus far works or fixes it.
regards

Ok, I did everything that was asked of and in the exact order according to the link supplied, it has reinstalled but still has the same things NOT working which is the exact same picture as above.
I also purchased antitrack for 3 computers but it only shows up on 1 PC and no-other PC can install it either so there is also a problem with that.

Thanks will give it ago and let you know how we do.
Thank you for your time and help.

Alok.

Hello,
Thanks for your help but under NO circumstances do we give anyone access remotely.
If we cannot find a solution the old fashion way then we will uninstall AVG from that system.
