Hello,
I've seen the instructions for putting AVG Free app in the 'never sleep' list for Samsung. But when I check the list, AVG Free is the only App on my phone that doesn't show up in that list for me to select select it.
I've checked all the other lists there and can't find it anywhere. So I'm stuck with almost every day needing to turn AVG off and on again in accessibility settings.
Please help?

Thanks for the reply.
I clicked the link as you suggested, complete the fields and clicked 'Get Help'. No where was there a button to select 'request answer via email' either before or after I clicked 'Get Help'. Once clicking the button it tells me to come back here and ask the community, or ask AVG the question via Facebook or Twitter?
