We've received a number of customer complaints in the last 18 hours that your Web Shield product is blocking access to a subdomain our company uses to host an embeddable widget. This domain is "clean" in the VirusTotal, Cisco Talos, and Google Safe Browser lookup tools. Never the less, you are blocking our customer's access under the categorization of "URL:Phishing"
I have filed a "false-positive" report through your tool, but I would very much appreciate being contacted by your engineering team to help us understand how this mistake can be fixed.
