Web Shield is blocking Remote viewer (port 3128)

Hi,
On AVG AntiVirus Free, if I disable the Web Shield then Remote viewer will work.
I'm trying to use SPICE to connect to my Proxmox console through Remote Viewer
I tried to add it into Exceptions but it did not work. I also tried to disable the options from Web Shield basic protection:
- Enable HTTPS scanning
- Enable QUIC/HTTP3 scanning
- Protect against botnets
- Enable Script scanning
All they did not work, except to disable the Web Shield

Any idea to solve this issue without disabling the Web Shield?

Is it happening on all the browsers or in any particular browser?
Is there any other conflicting antivirus installed on your PC?

Thanks for your reply. I've done what you've suggested.
1- I've uninstalled AVG using AVG Clear
2- I've installed AVG

But the issue persisted, and as I mentioned in the previous post, it will work only if I disable Web Shield,
