I access the Ebox email using a web browswer - usually firefox, but I have the same problem with chrome and edge.
when I try to enter by way of my username and password, i get the threat message and then a note that the site is loading, but then nothing happens.
i am able to access this email from another device, in which avg is not installed. it may be the latest update of avg, because a third device was getting the email until I restarted it.
