Kindly copy the website link, then use the below steps to add the website in allowed websites list and check the issue.
Please Open AVG AntiTrack > Click on Allowed website icon and then paste the website link in Enter website Box then click on Add.

I do not use AVG VPN, I found it slows my computer down. I use SurfShark.
With the vpn off I cannot login, I get to the web site, enter my login info and all I get is a spinning circle in the login box. I have the problem even with avg turned off. I can reach the site on my phone and it allows me to signon.
This is the only site this happens to. I have tried to use the avg tune up and all the apps on avg to figure what causing this to happen. But no luck.

Since I can access it through is has to something on this computer. Again, it happened while I was inputting an order, it just suddenly knocked me offline and I have not been able to sign in since then.
