Hi, no the uninstalling and reinstalling as not resolved the issue and I have just read a report that avg has issues with firefox in regards to the web browser tuneup addon, but it will install in ie and google.
My prefrence is firefox as my default browser if avg as issues with my preferences,if so I may be looking at the possibility of asking avg for a refund and cancelling my subscription with avg.
Had I known that avg have issues with firefox and as avg have been rather sneaky in not revealing this issue to potential customers prior to purchasing avg products I may well have been looking elsewhere.
Are avg planning to try and resolve this issue with firefox?
Or are avg telling me that I cannot use firefox as my prefered browser in order that the avg products perform as we have been led to believe they would prior to purchase?
