We understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Currently the WebTuneUp part does not work with Firefox browser and it is also marked as not activated in ZEN even when it is visible in FF add-on list as installed. This is a known bug that is being solved by our developers. It has P1 (high) priority so it should be fixed soon.
As a temporary fix we request you to install to google chrome and make it as default browser. Thank you for understanding.

Cannot find web tuneup in Mozilla firefox
