Webmail and internet not working properly

Hi VPN is blocking access to my webmail and most internet sites, I have done the online chat and have had someone remotely access to try and fix the problem, told it would be escalated and I will hear back within 24 hours, 30 hours have past and still nothing even tried to get update through their support page, no luck with that either.

I have still heard nothing can you please provide me with an update, or please refund me the purchase price I paid for the subscription as the program is useless to me as it is

can you please tell me how long shortly is as we are now getting close to 80 hours and not one word from tech only lame responses to my questions
