Webpage does not load with VPN turned on

Certain websites do not load with AVG's VPN turned on. Is there a way to resolve without turning off the VPN?

Updating to streaming worked for some websites but not all. For example, this website does not load with the VPN on either a streaming or torrenting optimized location: https:/www.greenwood.in.gov

Any recommendations?
