Website blocked and false positive report not actioned

Hi, 

Our site was blocked though AVG a few weeks ago after a malware attack. The malware was removed within several hours of being notified but after removal our site was blocked in AvG as having a cardstealer. I reported this though the false positive form but this appears not to have been actioned. 

How do we get this removed as we have just been notified by a customer that our site is still blocked.
