My work website (www.divine-pizza.com.au) has been blocked for the last two weeks, unnecessarily. My domain host have done extensive checking of the site (which has been operating for the last ten years) and they can not find any malicious files or threats, yet the website is still being blocked as a threat. My internet provider is also blocking it, but they do not know how to remove the block.
My domain host have reported this problem to AVG as a false positive, and received confirmation email from AVG advising that it will be removed off the protection list, yet it is still being blocked.
Who/how can one contact the right area to have this problem fixed please?

what is the best way to send the screen shot to you? I tried to reply to the email I received, but it said:
"If you are receiving this message after replying to an AVG email, we were not able to identify your email properly. Please reply to the original AVG email without editing the subject line so that we can process your request."
is there a better way to send you the attachement?
