Alan, please try running AVG Sysinfo tool in Safe mode.

We appreciate your efforts. Have you used AVG clear and remover tool to remove AVG with its traces?

If not, uninstall it as suggested here: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product . Note: Run AVG Clear tool first.

Download and install AVG Antivirus free version as suggested below:

I tried this and it still happens. I check the box that says enable website blocking, then put in a website and hit ok. When I look to see if it takes, it is unchecked.

Avg antivirus free edition. The website blocking feature keeps redisabling. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still happens.

I tried what Ranjani Bakthavachalam suggested but it doesn't work. When I check the box for enable website blocking and enter a website, I check to see if it takes. The box is unchecked.

I keep recieving this error, when I run the AVG System Info Tool.
