Please share us the screenshot of the error message that you receive for better clarity & let us know the server (location) to which you've been connected via Secure VPN.
In the meantime, please attempt to connect to different servers (locations) in Secure VPN & check if it helps.
I have AVG internet security and VPN. IF VPN is on, I cannot connect with Spectrum email until it is off and I reboot my computer. I get a message stating I cannot connect due to website's outdated TSL security. I also have problems sometimes connecting to other websites and have to reboot the computer to get to them. Any suggestions as I love VPN
