Website Protection will not turn on in AVG AntiTrack

I have done this and nothing has changed since I first reported the issue.  The problem I have is that Anti-track components, although they can be turned on, turn themselves off even though the application is running.  They will not stay turned on.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We will check and help you to resolve it. 

As updating AVG Anti-track does not fix it, let us reinstall AVG Anti-track once and check whether all components active in AVG Anti-track.

Once you uninstall AVG Anti-track from device, please restart the PC. Then, install AVG Anti-track from below download link :

Just recently I have noticed that in AVG AntiTrack, my security status has reduced from "Improving" to "Weak".  On investigation it appears that the Website Protection element was OFF, so I changed it to ON and minimised the app.  When I maximised it later it had reverted back to OFF.  A few days later there was an update release for AntiTrack so I downloaded it and installed it in the hope that my problem was a known issue that had been bugfixed.  The result?  Same problem exists.  Any suggestions gratefully received!
