Website Shield - exception - syntax for ports range

The article describe setings for FireWall. But I need seting Website Shield.

We need to make exception for port range in Website Shield.
Supplier our SW recommended to exclude ports from IP address.
For example:
IP=193.154.90.64 port from 8091 to 8191.

Is some syntax for it?

Only example what i've found is dns://.example.net but it not usefull for me.

We use Windows version (AVG Business 18.4.3056).
