I have just installed AVG on to my new Windows 11 PC but it will not connect to any website unless I turn off the Web & Email protection, I have it installed on my windows 10 PC & it all works fine. Any ideas how to sort it or do I have to keep the web & email protection turned off?

Every time you connect to a new network, Enhanced Firewall detects if the network is private or public, and automatically applies to the relevant settings. Each time you connect to an untrusted network, Enhanced Firewall blocks all incoming communication and applies a higher level of security to ensure your privacy and safety. To change your network to trusted, please refer the article for instructions:
