Thank you for providing us the feedback regarding your experience, this is not the kind of experience we want our Customers to have. I can understand how you feel, as I would feel the same in your position, but please know that I will do everything to help you with this problem.
Could you tell me if you have received any Threat Detection messages? Also, please provide me a screenshot of the Pop-Up that you mentioned about the "Enjoy your Package". Click here for the steps to create a screenshot.

ok well had a nice 30 page letter for all of ya but it just got wiped so heres the cliff notes.
-Hacked and hacked bad
–thought I was loosing my mind do to people teling me this could not happen just do clean install
-including the tech from avg that not only made me feel horrible but when he was making the jokes he forgot to mute\hold so well we can only hope they have others a little smater then he is not that I would call back but I have seen some smart mofos on here that I just hope this crosses your path

-fact my out of box windows 10 pro on new computer is a damn free server with azure products and everything
-I'm set up in my own little virtual bubble that pics up nothing with anyscan I run
-windows knows do to comments in logfiles that the recive do to the fact I have now been deemed a copyright issue my files are all stored on some surver online and I have the ones to keep me up and running with everything down to a little phone for bit coin minning that I did find a payment hash for in the beginning but now nothing is left but some old shell hyperv and meaningless programs that are old cause like I caise I'm now deamed guilty by fire.

so I'm pretty sure I will get passed by as a nut but I have to try cause well 10 grand loss is sure hard to swallow
and once again no joke so if ya need just a little more reading windows has a forum called my "my dell is set up like a server" read that and ya might beleave me or look it up on line my searching is all monitored by the troll from my pc and ya have no fear I keep him/her very busy so please anyone have anyidea of a fix let me know please

so if ya are just going to comment on grammer spelling multiposts and so on please its been months of that I would truly just like some one to say ya theres a fix or no just toss it all out and well any one that don't beleave me when I'm tossing it all in the trash I can send ya the gaming pc 6500 it cost never had a gameplayed on it in the mail and then after you clean it flush it and mark with a "what a sucker" call me and we can trouble shout your new xmas gifts being hacked lol sorry but truly just had enough from all of it and my kids to I don't know how to check a ps4 to see if its firm ware has been altered
so again sorry for being harsh and sounding certifiable but if ya want more info just ask and I will try my hardest to make it thorough and not personal even if you don't have an answer I'm willing to hear what ever it is you have rattling in your head well just nothing in the Microsoft tear 3 can handle anyway . thanks hopfully
anyone have an idea how to directly contact Microsoft security I get nothing but fax noise when I call from our phones and not sure I can even locate proper numbers from internet
