I keep seeing popups saying....wermgr.exe....it also has disabled my administrator account so I can't download anything to do with virus protection. Anyone know if AVg can eliminate this problem?
Hello Robert,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We like to inform you that WerMgr.exe is the system file located in the System32 folder. It is a part of the Windows error reporting system that collects and send error logs from your system to Microsoft.
Have you installed AVG Product on your system?if so, may I know the name of the AVG Product?
Are you experiencing any issue with downloading files from Internet?
May I know the exact error message you have received?
Thank you.
