I am on a Windows 10 machine, running AVG and I continually receive a pop up "Threat Secured" message (URL: Phishing). It does not matter what site I am on, it appears randomly and often, about every 10 minutes. However, when I run a scan, AVG finds nothing. Ran Malware Bytes scan as well… nothing.  Curiously, 

The URL listed is https://arlengineers.com/ Obviously, this URL points to nothing.
