I am unable to get into my Chase Credit Card Online Account - my browser is mozilla firefox and I use AVG Antivirus Free - . . . . . AVG displayed the following: "Threat secured" "We've safely aborted connection on chaseonline.com because it was infected with html:phishing-uk[phi…" More threats may be lurking Scan my PC URL https://chaseonline.chase.com/ Process c:\program files (x86)\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe Detected by Web Shield Status Connection aborted
I ran an AVG PC scan and went into Mozilla firefox and cleared out cookies and cache. I still cannot get in. Any suggestions?
