We've safely aborted connection on xml.vespymedia.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist

Keep getting this every day usually 4 or 5 times at a time. I'll close it and it will come back within 10 seconds then after 4 or 5 it goes for a few hours. I'm seriously tempted to get rid of the antivirus as its a pain doing the same thing over and over. Ive tried reinstalling chrome, no luck. Ive checked my vault and run full scans, nothing at all. Can someone help please, its xml.vespymedia.com url:blacklist, i dont have a website to attach the pic but its exactly the same as this guys question 3rd post down. AVG Community

All im getting from that link is a page of options that all eventually lead you to search for the problem then comes back here. Whats the point in that?
