On checking your account details with the given email address, there is no active AVG products found.
Have you tried to reinstall AVG program on any of your devices recently?LUMP (License Usage Monitoring Platform). LUMP counts all activation attempts in the last 30 days. The counter resets automatically after 30 days.
For example, if you reactivate AVG on same PC, it will also be counted as 1 new device.
If possible, could you please share us the screenshot of your AVG My Account subscriptions page in order to check and help you further?
