Yes, I thought that it meant that. But I can't seem to find the WAY to successfully do it. Pressing the same button again does not seem to alter it at all. What DO I do to clear it?
I have tediously manually cleared the cache of each app which had more than 1 MB of junk in them. Surely your app could do this for me far more efficiently. I have not yet found a way to get your app to do this. A useful thing would be to be able to set the number of MB above which the caches should be cleared, whether above 0, above 1 or above some other number.
Robert,
Our senior team had checked your case. That number represents whats still available for cleanup. So it's something like you have x amount of memory now and + x amount if you use that Cleaner feature.
Hello Robert,
I am not clear from the red numbers you are referring to.
Please send me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the same. We will check the screenshot and assist you further.
In AVG Protection, when cleaning junk, some of the junk gets cleared, then the button labelled 'Cache' is red and has a red plus sign and some red numbers. It looks as though there is some junk remaining. How do I get rid of the rest of the junk or the red numbers

Robert,
Sorry to hear that the issue persists. We recommend you to reset the Cleaner app once and check for the situation. To do so, navigate to the location mentioned below.
Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Cleaner-> Tap on clear cache and clear data -> Force stop the app once.
Restart your device once again and check if it helps.

Unless you have access to the right hand side of the screenshot, this only seems to show the left side of it. The part I mentioned is on the right hand side of the screenshot.
Thank you for providing screenshot Robert,
The provided screenshot is visible here in community post. I have escalated your case to our senior team. We will contact you once we receive a reply.
Best regards,
Alok.

Hello Robert,
Sorry for the delay in response.
In the latest 8.0.0 version, it is possible to perform multiple functions in a single click.
When you click on "Analyze" from AVG Cleaner app, it will scan for "Cache, Photos and Apps".
By doing this, you will be able to accomplish multiple task.
Regarding cache clean up issue, tap on "Cache" option available in Cleaner app.
Select all the check boxes that are displayed.
While choosing "downloads" check box, make sure that you are selecting the files that aren't necessary.
For App data, select all the check boxes and perform the cleanup.
Once done with that, get back to main screen and check the status with "Cache".
I am using AVG on Android, so it doesn't seem as though those work for me, do they? I think I left a screenshot, didn't I? It was referenced as:

On AVG Protection, under the big circle labelled Device Analysis, are two rows with two circles in each row. In the first row are circles labelled Memory and Cache. In the second row are circles labelled Photos and Battery. The second circle in the first row is labelled Cache. That circle has gone red, with a white bin on it. The word Cache is under the bin circle. Under the word Cache is +407 MB, all in red. How do I get rid of the that, which I suppose is 407 MB of junk?
