so for the first we paid for a product wich was good ,than you decide to rewrite the program and upload it to the public with allmost all functions gone, and the worst is that you guys dare to present some old functions as your new functions that you just build in and present to us so basicly you are scaming us for the functions we paid for!!
honestly why don´t you develop the tune up "remake" until it is finnished and present a quality product without this fraudly looking behavior? it´s like selling sweets to a kid and than stealing most of it back... just to present it some time after as new sweets to the same kid.
it feels unprofessional and very careless upon your paying customers. the one that made this choice should get fired because of hurting company reputation wich could lead to real damage for the company but that´s just my thinking...
and i am not here to get anything for free i just want the majority of functions back that i paid for
i understand that in time some functions might get obsolet or that they are not working with a new os but not 90% and not like the way you did. this isn´t coming all of a sudden thinks like that need to be planned and cusomers want to be prepared it´s not like you are some 2 or 3 dudes in a garage pulling this of you got enough resources to maintain the old respected version while adjusting the program to new enviroments and adding real new functions. i just want to know if and when we get the missing stuff back the most of it was used now and than...
right know tune up is a wreck like a car without engine doors and weels... and please just stop presenting old stuff as new!!
i am providing you allready with the userdata via tuneup cause i liked and trusted your products in a long time and i would like to continue so please do not abuse this trust anymore ;)
and i gladly provide you with a wishlist of functions too^^ just need to think a little about it:)

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. Development of old AVG TuneUp has been discontinued a few years ago because of software updates, operating systems and other applications , as all the software environment evolves.
That is why the new version of AVG TuneUp that you can see now has been developed. The product is more stable and fully compatible with the latest operating system and programs.
Of course, we are still working on the product and new features are being added to it, also based on customer inquiries and comments. Therefore we would appreciate your feedback.
We would like to offer you 3 months of license extension for free if you would provide us with feedback about how you use AVG TuneUp and features you would like to add.

Why is avg so proud on itself??? they should be ashamed cause they managed to make a good company look total crap and allmost a scam!!!
how can they talk about hard work and new functions when in reality they cut out 90% of the stuff that made tune up good? there are allmost no functions left and has become generic trash that is nothing not even worth paying for it!!! not even the core of avg the virus protection and firewall are working properly and its clearly not on my side since i´m not the only one reconising that, just check the forum...
can someone explain to me what is making them comit company suicid? cause in my eyes it is just that and it´s sad to see... and if they do not turn back to old quality or have a damn good reason they can explain to me than avg has seen the last money from me and be asured I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT AVG´S BAD QUALITY AND PRACTICS ,JUST HOW I DID WHEN I WAS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER !!!!
hope you guys fix that, cause you guys left to the dark side and once where such a great company with good quality

The new version of AVG TuneUp has been developed for more stable and fully compatible with the latest operating system and programs.
We are still working on the product and new features are being added to it, also based on customer inquiries and comments.
Mick, we are sorry that you are unhappy with the recent update and chose another service provider.
However, we have improved the stability of the program in the latest version.

btw the new update does not seem very stable to me it´s the first time that avg is laging during scans & even when loading in to tune up components! just saying
