What happened to my account?

I am not able to see AVG subscription on your *****@verizon.net account.
Hence, I have sent an email for you to provide the invoice of AVG purchase to locate the account and assist further.
If my email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

On 12-27-17 through TP Link GoToAssist I down loades AVG and they activated it on line and it was suppose to be good for 1 year. Now my program is listed as "Free Version" and there appears to be no account listed under my e-mail address. Any clues as to what happened?
