Jade, They will put you through hell for 30 days but if you can make it that far its best to have just the basic protection. If you are like most of us and cant afford full protection lets hope after the 30days it really does go to the basic virsion because their is no possible way to just download and instal the free virsion they advertise which is the 1817exe but the pc will still install full virsion once it reboots.
Bottom line they are scamming people so people like you have so many problems they pay for tech support then they control your pc and passwords. Very scarry.
