I have used VPN for over a year now and mostly i have had no problems but the last few onths everytime I log on to my laptop, PC, Tablet or phone I have to manually switch VPN on before I can do anything on-line as it has been shut down. What have AVG done to the multi package which has done this?

Will look for another product wasted too much time trying to fix this one. Still does not work - wasted my money

From your message, it seems that the option to enable Secure VPN at startup of your computer is disabled.
To enable it : Open AVG Secure VPN - Menu - Settings - General - Enable 'Start Secure VPN when my computer starts'.
Also, click on Network security (left pane) & then enable 'Automatically when connected to internet' under Turn on VPN section.
Please try the above steps in your windows computer & let us know if it helps.
