What have I paid for?

I am still not sure what the 4 amounts are for and not sure which ones can go on my mac and ipad. The mac seems to have Tune up premium , Avg internet security, and AVG VPN The ipad has VPN and has identity protection and wifi security, but not secure browsing.

I have paid for VPG and internet security and Tune up premium. and have been given 4 bills  for 69.36 and 69.36 and 107.76  and 23.99. which is for which and are they yearly or 2 year and can I use them on my iPad as well as my Mac
