I am not asking the community, I am asking you AVG, WHAT HAVE I PURCHASED. I know I did some kind of upgrade in July, August of 2021. I don't have the downloads and don't know how to install it so I am paying for something I do not have. Can someone in your company assist me, NOT THE Community. I paid AVG, not other users. I have already spent an hour of my time trying to figure this out and have not succeeded. I need someone from AVG to walk me through what I have and help me find the links to download it so that I am not paying for endless emails. Is there no phone number to your company? Is there no human I can speak with?
