Hello Geoff,

On checking your account, I see that you have 2 AVG Antivirus licenses and one AVG Internet Security (3 computers). AVG Internet Security is an advanced program than AVG Antivirus. So I have canceled the Auto-renewal option for AVG Antivirus licenses and you will be having only VG Internet Security (3 computers) valid till 2019.7.6.

To activate AVG Free, please open AVG Antivirus and follow the steps in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-AntiVirus-or-Internet-Security-with-a-new-license-number

How can I tell what AVG products are in my computer? The display does not tell me!
I have paid for Antivirus and Internet Security but am not sure what is installed.
I have recently paid for a 2 year Internet Security but is it installed?
Do I need Antivirus as well as Internet Security?
There is Antivirus Free but I have paid for it!  Why?
