What is tahomabd

Hi Guys, wherever you are, sorry for the delay. I am still here, lost as ever was…
Cant even follow your instructions on the screen shot action. So what am I doing with computer you might ask…!
Back to the subject…the real question I should have put to you is…
In AVG Duplicate finder I have "17.64 of duplicates found"…as these are DUPLICATES can I safely delete ALL to free up space and running quality?
PS Delay was due to trying to trace a in-house water leak that wasnt showing itself. Now believed to be a water softener problem-but still waiting for that fitter to attend-he is not nearby but the usage is small
so i can wait his arrival/enough already–what is this to do with computers? SORRY!!

John, Is your Windows operating system actually XP or Vista?.

I am a rookie and trying to clear rubbish from my pc Windows Xp vista.
In duplicates I have 2 listings for this, do i need to keep them? Thanks,JC

Gosh! Three answer already. Many thanks, I am sure that will suffice. I will now try to have lunch and get onto your options. I am bamboozled already but will give it a go…
My Pc is Packard Bell Media 2422 E4500. XP home edition rings a bell but i cant find the paperwork at this minute. I will come back later,…Bye,JC

Hello John,
The files you remove in the PC Tuneup duplicate finder scan will be moved to recycle bin. So, you can actually review those results and remove which you do not want. Or you can remove them now and restore them from recycle bin if you find a file is removed wrongly. Appreciate your understanding, thank you.

John, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hello John,
Thank you for contacting us. Are you running the duplicate finder scan using your AVG PC Tuneup? Could you let us know the path they are in and it would help us if you can share a screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the findings? Thank you.
