Hello there,
My name is Jovana and I took over the case from my colleague.
As there seems to be some software-related issue, I've just emailed you to your email address with the troubleshooting steps.
Please check your inbox and let me know how it all goes in your reply.
Thank you very much.

What if we don't want to turn off all popups alerts and messages?!?!?!?!
The problem is not the messages, we want those!
The problem is the strange blue circle, that is what needs to be fixed, no?
When there is a bug in the program the answer cannot be to just disable that part of the program, right?
Can I get an answer to this question please? I do not want to disable notifications.
What is the strange blue circle over the system tray icon?
What is going on with this? Is someone going to fix this in the program. The blue circle is idiotic. Do you not understand how utterly idiotic it is to cover the system tray icon with a huge blue circle with the only way to get rid of it is to remove all notifications? That essentially makes the entire notification process meaningless.
When this blue circle appears, what does it warn about? I see it too

From the first time I posted this issue in March when the blue circle first appeared I have not been able to get any sort of rational reply. ARE YOU SAYING THAT AVG WANTS THE STRANGE BLUE CIRCLE TO OVERTAKE THE SYSTEM TRAY ICON AFTER ONE SINGLE NOTIFICATION OCCURS AND TO NOT GO AWAY, TO CONTINUE TO NAG NAG NAG THE USER UNTIL THEY CLEAR THE FIRST SINGLE NOTIFICATION?
Everything fully updated, windows, avg antivirus, all rebooted, etc.
Can I get an answer to this question please? I do not want to disable notifications.

Hey Victor,
The blue circle usually shows that there is an update pending, or there are unread notifications in the AVG antivirus. However, it should not be there constantly, as is the case with the above user.
If you have any issues with it, let us know and we'll further investigate it.
Thanks!

We are sorry to know that. We'll check and help you out.
May I confirm whether your windows is up to date? If no, then please check for updates, reboot the PC and monitor the issue.
