We never forgot our Loyal customers and we are here to help you further.

I have been using AVG since July 2001 and for the most part have been satisfied.  But that was when I was a free customer. For the first few years, I just used the free service.  I loved it so much, I recommended it to everyone that I knew.  Later I became a paying customer and that is when my problems began.  With every update there were price increases and with price increases, there were more hangups.  You would thing that it would be the other way around.  During this time, I have two computers crash and burn from virus related attacks and AVG never detected them.  I am like how did that happen.  I run virus scan on my systems every day and if I have an issue, I run scan on registry.  Now you bring out this new 2018 version, and I am like, "I actually paid $80 for this crap".  It works as well as Norton's in the late part of the 20 century.  I am unable to set time for scan.  It only scans if I open the program and click the 'Scan Now' button.  It doesn't update virus protection, but gives me warning that my virus definition is out of date.  It uses 100% of my CPU and there is nothing I can do to correct the issue, except and of course to purchase and install PC Tuneup.  Disappointed to say the least.  Never thought that you would forget your loyal, committed customers, but I guess that's the way it goes, once you join the Corporate cesspool.  Is is really about your customers, or did the almighty dollar win in these last two updates?
