What product do I have

Don't know what product I have installed.  Order #701-2724523   4/11/16.  I have a confirmation, but can't access my account to find experation and cost applied.  My password doesn't work, and when I try to change it I am told it is already in the system!!??

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Upon checking your record we see that for this Order ID 701-2724523 you have purchased the subscription for AVG Performance multi-device (1 year subscription) and it expires on 11th April 2017.
On checking the status of your AVG my account, we see that it is still "INACTIVE" which means that you haven't activated your my account after creating it.
We have sent the activation email again, please check for the email on spam, junk and inbox folders.
After clicking on the activation link your AVG my account will get activated.
