What to do when invitation email is not received when adding a device?

May I know to which device you are sending the invitation email?
Did you check for invitation email on spam and junk folders?

I have repeatedly tried to add a device using a valid email account. AVG status says "pending" but email invitation is never received. There is no blocker involved on my email. Please specify a procedure to allow me to add a device when email invitation is not received.
