When are you going to fix the virus database updating?

Again when are you going to fix the problem about updating the virus database? Your company has been having this problem for over a month now. What is the F-ing problem.

SO why have you not fixed this problem? Its been over 6 weeks and your company have not fixed it.

Please understand that AVG Virus definitions are updated regularly, but it is not reflecting on the AVG User Interface.

Our developers are diligently working on it and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Your patience is appreciated.

What is a "CONCERNED TEAM"? Second of all, you have been saying to give you more time for over 6 weeks now?  Please just fix the problem. IF you read the comments on the support page, you are losing a lot of people. Are you trying to go out of business??

As informed, the virus definitions are updated regularly on our database. However, it is not reflecting in the AVG Interface.

Our developers are working on the issue and will be fixed in the future updates.
